Not-to-Exceed (NTE) Lump-Sum Model
Our Not-to-Exceed Model provides clear, predictable project costs. You provide shop drawings or bid documents, and we deliver a lump-sum price with a guaranteed not-to-exceed cap. This allows you to budget confidently while we manage the workforce, production, and delivery of the scope within that agreed limit. It’s a transparent, risk-controlled model that protects both sides and ensures quality and schedule alignment.
